Aqua Fitness is a relaxing and fun way to be active and increase fitness. Enjoy all the benefits of exercise at any age or fitness level.

Monday 8.30am-9.15am (Indoor Pool)

 “Balance” – A relaxing combination of Yoga and Pilates techniques to enhance balance and flexibility.  Improves conditions such as back pain, sciatica, by releasing tight muscles, strengthening the core and improving posture.

 

Monday 9.15am-10am + Wed 9am-9.45am (Indoor Pool)

A low to moderate intensity class aimed at increasing strength and range of motion.  Suited for those who have had injuries or surgery, are  pregnant or have recently given birth or as fall prevention for those with inadequate strength and balance.

 

Thursday 5.30pm-6.15pm (Outdoor Pool)  – A circuit based class designed to develop fitness, co-ordination and strength in a non-impact, low resistance environment.  Is great for helping those with excess weight, injuries or pregnancy, to exercise comfortably.
